In this hands-on workshop, we will provide you with a full overview of the Design Sprint Process, the history at Google Ventures and the core ideas behind it in a short presentation.
Afterwards, we will jump right into a method that we call "Ideation Dash". The method is based on the Design Sprint and can be used to make quick decisions and generate tangible results in a short time. This is a great chance to get a feeling for the Design Sprint mentality and to learn something that you can directly use in your own company.
